Projected increases for inner Adelaide suburbs!
A real estate research business has projected capital growth approaching 30 % in Adelaide for two suburbs between October 2019 and 2022.
The article was posted in the Advertiser dated 12/10/19. The two suburbs mentioned are Fullarton and Colonel Light Gardens. The analysis was carried out by SuburbGrowth.com.au which is part of the Select Residential Property research group. According to the research Fullarton is projected to increase by 28.6% up to 2022.
Colonel light Gardens is projected to also increase by 26.5% up to 2022.
There are a range of reasons for this including high auction clearance rates, adjoining suburbs having median values approximately $90,000 more, high demand and lack of supply.
