Stephen has been in the Adelaide property market for over 20 years. He has experience in residential & commercial development. Stephen has been providing property advice to a wide range of private clients on a diverse range of property investments.
Stephen is a Certified Practising Valuer (A.A.P.I.) & Licensed Real Estate Agent. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Valuation) and is a member of the A.P.I. (The Australian Property Institute).
Damian Swart
Damian has worked in the Adelaide property and building industries for over 32 years, successfully running two Adelaide based construction companies. He also has in excess of 15 years experience with building inspections of both residential and commercial properties.
Damian is a licensed General Builder and a Real Estate Agent. Damian also has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation and a Diploma in the Built Environment.
