Buyer’s agent
Our fees are based on a fixed quote to you. Once we are aware of your requirements, we will quote a lump sum fixed fee, which will not change.
We act with integrity and honesty as we do not receive kickbacks or commissions from any third party involved in the property purchase.
Our full property buyer’s agency service is generally between 1% and 2% of the property purchase price.
Vendor’s agent
We charge a small sign on fee & also take a share of the selling fee from the appointed agent.
