Case study of Melbourne based client

PBA was instructed in June 2017 to purchase an Investment property (Free standing house) in Adelaide with a maximum budget of $600,000.

An inner city area was required by the Melbourne based client.

The clients brief was to purchase a property which had an income stream and the future possibility of development.

After a heated bidding process the property was purchased at auction for less than $ 600,000 in an inner suburb only a few kilometres from the City.

The property purchased was a large, free standing house on a large allotment with good rental potential now and with the added benefit of potential for future subdivision (subject to approvals).

The house required some minor works be completed in order to maximise rental appeal. PBA organised for around $10,000 worth of work to be carried out for the client before tenants moved in.

The home was leased within a week of settlement.

The client was very happy with the house purchased.
